How to Order

Due to license territorial restrictions, almost all of our titles can only be shipped to destinations in the US and Canada. This includes APO, FPO and US Territories and Possessions (basically, if you've got a US zipcode or Canadian postcode, we can ship to you). North Carolina Residents: we must charge you the sales tax. The exceptions to this rule are Bubblegum Crisis, AD Police Files, Bubblegum Crash, Otaku no Video, and Riding Bean, which can be shipped anywhere in the world except Japan, China and Taiwan.

We try, but do not 100% guarantee, to ship the same day the order is received as long as we get it before 3pm Eastern Time. If we cannot ship to you for some reason, we will contact you to let you know.

You can order using our website (www.animeigo.com), via mail (AnimEigo, 6810 Finian Drive, Wilmington NC 28409) or by phone at the above number. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, cheques and money orders. We do not ship until payment is actually received, so there may be a delay while a cheque clears.

Shipping

If you order 3 or more items, you get FREE USPS Media/1st Class mail shipping on all orders to US destinations. The shipping cost for 1 or 2 item orders is $3.49. Box sets and special limited-edition products like our Blu-Ray sets get automatically upgraded to free shipping.In addition, we can provide expedited/international shipping at the following rates:

• USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day service) - $1.50/item + $7.95 (US only)

• USPS Priority Mail Express (US only; 1-2 day service to mainland destinations, 2-3 day to APO/FPO/AK/HI/PR and possessions) - $49.95 + $3.00/item.

• Note: due to USPS congestion during the Covid-19 pandemic, we do not recommend using PME, it is unlikely to provide faster service.

• USPS International Mail - $3.00/item + either $19.95 (Canada) or $26.95 (Everywhere Else)

• USPS International Priority Mail - $3.00/item + either $39.95 (Canada) or $49.95 (Everywhere Else).

Please be aware that Priority Mail usually averages only a few days faster than regular International mail, although it can be more consistent. We recommend using it only when time is of the essence — but there are no guarantees when it comes to how long a package can be delayed by customs clearance.

Our experience is that USPS does just as good a job as UPS, and since it's much cheaper (for you) and easier (for us), we no longer offer UPS shipping. Also, it lets us ship on Saturdays! On USPS shipments, we do address correction, use ZIP+4, and print barcoded labels. All shipments are tracked and you will get a tracking link emailed to you.

Canadian Customers

We have made special arrangements for orders of the Bubblegum Crisis Blu-ray, Otaku no Video Otaking Edition Blu-ray and/or Riding Bean Blu-ray sets only - we are shipping these out of a fulfillment warehouse in Toronto, so there are no customs, postal processing, or VAT charges. However, your order can only contain these items; if you want anything else, please order it separately, and we will ship it from the United States.

Other International Customers

We ship from our office in Wilmington NC via USPS mail. Depending on your country and the value of the order, you will probably have to pay additional customs fees, VAT and postal processing fees -- check with your local postal and customs services for more information. We are required by law to list the full value of the order in the customs forms.

How long will it take for me to get my stuff?

You can determine the estimated delivery dates for USPS shipments by using their Service Commitments Calculator. Our origination zipcode is 28409. Media Mail is considered a Package Service.

Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Possessions & Territories and APO/FPO - Important Note

Media Mail delivery to locations outside the Mainland United States can take several weeks. If time is of the essence, strongly consider Priority Mail. Also, while the shopping cart will let you select these options, we cannot ship UPS outside of the Mainland US; if you place such an order, we'll contact you and correct it.

Payment

The shopping cart accepts credit cards (via Stripe) and PayPal.

We also accept checks and money orders through the mail; just use the online shopping cart to figure out the price, then print a copy of it and include it with payment. Returns / Warranty Replacements

If we send you the wrong stuff, or there's a problem with it, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange to fix it. After 30 days, returns and replacements are at our discretion, but we're pretty soft-hearted about it. If you ordered the wrong stuff, let us know, send it back (unopened products only -- it's got to be in suitable condition for restocking), and we'll refund the purchase price (less shipping, which often was free anyway). 

Legal Disclaimer (aka "The Fine Print Taketh Away")

We reserve the right to cancel any order (and refund your money) for any reason at any time. So if a programming error means that box set is available for 23 cents, or a coupon code gets you 10 times the intended discount, you're out of luck. On the other hand, if you do notice a problem and let us know, we'll be very appreciative!
